Shipping and Handling
We ship Australia-wide and internationally.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination using Australia Post rates. All prices include packaging and handling.
If you’d like to collect your order locally, choose Studio Pickup at checkout. Pickup is available from Hay Street, Helensburgh NSW, and full collection details will be provided after purchase.
Australian orders over $100 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.
Australian Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated (such as pre-orders or special releases).
Once dispatched, please allow 5–8 business days for delivery. Shipping to rural areas, WA, and NT may take slightly longer.

International Shipping
International orders may incur customs duties or taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned, refunds will be processed once the item has been received back in original condition.
Delivery times vary depending on destination.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking provided, we are not responsible for delays, lost or stolen parcels caused by the postal service.
Returns and Exchanges
If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Books must be undamaged and tea towels unused and unwashed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed once returned items have been received and assessed.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
